Manchester City reach Emirates FA Cup final after Bernardo Silva sinks Chelsea
Manchester City will face Liverpool in the final on May 27 after Bernardo Silva scored a stunning late goal to sink Chelsea 2-1 at Wembley on Sunday.
Silva struck in the 70th minute, just 10 minutes after Hakim Ziyech had canceled out Jack Grealish's early opener for City.
The victory means City have now won the FA Cup six times in the past nine seasons, while Chelsea have lost three finals in a row.
City were the better team for much of the game, but Chelsea had their chances and could have won it in extra time. However, it was City who ultimately prevailed, and they will now be looking to add the FA Cup to the Premier League title they have already won this season.
